I’m going to be spending the next couple weeks in the UAE working with the Dubai Arts & Culture Authority. I’ll write more about it later, but since the work hasn’t started yet and I actually don’t know much about what’s going on, I’ll just leave it at that.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to post regularly while I’m here. If work doesn’t overtake me I’d like to keep a kind of running record, since it’s my first time in Dubai. In the meantime, here’s the song I had on repeat on the flight over - “Surprise” off the new Gnarls Barkley album:
